Please use the online form to submit your proposal to run an event at this year’s GASPcon. The submissions will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email to discuss your submission. If this is going to be the first time you are running an event at GASPcon or you will be volunteering less than 8 hours of time we will require that you register with the convention once your submission has been approved.

All fields (except Game Proposals 2 & 3) are required for registration of both your badge and your event(s). Blank fields will result in a delay in proccessing your badge and event(s), and you may not get your first choice in day and/or time slot. You will receive a copy of your submission for your records.
